Oatmeal Almond Chocolate Chunk Cookies


Ingredients:

1 1/4 whole wheat pastry flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 loving cup dry soil almonds

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal (not quick cook)

8 ounces semi-sweet or nighttime chocolate chunks or chips (I used all 12 ounces)
